The Barker Family

We are the Barker family! We live in Seattle, Washington which is in the Northwest part of the U.S. We can see downtown Seattle from our house. Seattle is surrounded by mountains and water (a lake on one side, Puget Sound on the other). In our community, West Seattle, there are many young families. Our children’s friends all live nearby and they often play outside in our neighbourhood. We have two boys: Zachary is 11 and Nicholas is 9. Both boys love sports (soccer/football, tennis, baseball, skiing, swimming). We live very close to the water and there is a beach just a few minutes away. We are so excited to have a new au pair as a part of our family and I am thrilled to have another girl in the house!
